Sending a little love to India.

 

CHALLENGE
Indian’s send the highest amount of international money transfers in the world, remitting 80 Billion USD each year. Research showed that Singaporean banks weren’t adequately serving the many Indian expats who send money home.

SOLUTION
HSBC created the Send a little love campaign. An emotional hero film ran online and in Bollywood Cinemas, and was supported by search, social and display ads. The campaign was timed to run during Diwali, a key Indian festival when many people send money to loved ones.

IMPACT
The two month campaign delivered an additional 12K transfers compared to the same period the previous year.
